The stoves were a marvel of function and efficiency. They were constructed to live for decades if not generations.
The Daily Missoulian carried a Missoula Mercantile Company advertisement for the stoves in the 17 Nov 1913 issue of the newspaper. You could buy them equipped from the basic models thru models with nickel trim and “patent planished bodies”
